Changes to QCAT's phone operating hours
QCAT has implemented temporary phone closures for incoming public calls to registry case managers and client services officers at 12 noon on Fridays.
Callers to the 1300 753 228 number will be advised the public phones are closed from 12 noon.
For urgent guardianship calls after 12 noon on Fridays, please call 0459 538 305.
For all other urgent matters please email your enquiry to enquiries@qcat.qld.gov.au ensuring you provide information relating to the urgency of your matter.
Calls that are not urgent will be directed to contact 1300 753 228 at 8.30am on Monday, or to send an email to QCAT.
