QCAT Christmas closure

The QCAT Brisbane office will be closed from Friday, 19 December 2025 at 4:30pm and reopen on Monday, 5 January 2026 at 8:30am. Please be advised that any requests to search and copy QCAT documents received during this period will not be processed until the registry reopens on 5 January 2026.

You can use this form to request to search, copy or inspect the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) register of proceedings or record of proceedings.

If you do not have the required information or your request relates to proceedings held before 1 December 2009, contact QCAT to discuss your request.
