Your application is not filed until we seal it (i.e. stamp it with the official QCAT stamp). A sealed copy of your application will be emailed to you at the address you have provided.
You must give (serve) the sealed copy of the application to all parties.
A decision will then be made on your application and all parties will be notified of the outcome.
You may need to apply for permission to be represented in a QCAT matter.
