Land protection

Under the Land Protection (Pest and Stock Route Management) Act 2002 decisions about the regulation of stock routes including decisions about pest fences, pest permits, pest control notices, stock route agistment permits, stock route travel permits, fencing notices, mustering notices or reducing the number of stock on the owner’s land.

Land record

Under the Local Government Act 2009 decisions about the amendment of land records. 

Levee bank

Under the Local Government Act 2009 decisions about constructing or keeping a levee bank.

Liquid fuel

Under the Liquid Fuel Supply Act 1984 decisions about the regulation of liquid fuel supply including permits, essential users or high priority users of liquid fuel of a particular kind, bulk customers of a particular refined liquid petroleum product and objections to supplying information to the Minister on the basis that it will result in the disclosure of a trade secret.


Under the Liquor Act 1992 and Liquor Regulation 2002 decisions about the regulation of the sale of liquor including liquor licences, permits, authorisations, assessments, reassessments, an allotment or apportionment of liability, an imposition of a fee payable for a licence and an entitlement to a refund of a fee for a licence or permit.

Under the Wine Industry Act 1994 decisions about the regulation of the wine industry.
