Review of the Chief Executive’s decision

QCAT is able to review decisions made by the Chief Executive including decisions:

  • refusing an application to grant a licence
  • suspending a licence
  • cancelling a licence
  • refusing to renew a licence
  • imposing conditions on a licence.
