QCAT has a new chatbot to help people resolve tree and fence disputes any time of the day or night.
The chatbot, called SANDI, is designed to give people information about QCAT fence and tree processes 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
People can enter questions in their own words and SANDI will provide plain English information and links to relevant QCAT webpages and forms.
SANDI is designed with busy people in mind, and allows people to access QCAT information at times convenient to them, rather than being limited to standard business hours.
We are continuously improving SANDI so check back often to see if she can help you.
