Making an application to QCAT

Completing or downloading an online application form or other form
If you are having trouble completing or downloading any online forms, information is provided in the help section. If you are still unable to complete or download any online forms, hard copies are available at the QCAT Brisbane office or any Magistrates Court outside of the Brisbane CBD.
Where to send applications and forms
All applications and forms can be lodged via the post or in person at the QCAT Brisbane office or any Magistrates Court outside of the Brisbane CBD.
Information and support during QCAT proceedings
The Court Network for Humanity is a voluntary, non-legal, support service. Its volunteers can provide non-legal and referral support to QCAT clients such as:
- how a tribunal works
- what happens when you go to QCAT
- being with you in person on the day
- showing you around the mediation and hearing rooms beforehand
- providing you with a safe place at QCAT, and
- referring you to other community services that can help you.
QCAT may refer you to the Court Network for Humanity or you may contact them directly.

If your application has been lodged with QCAT and you have any questions regarding your case, contact your case manager directly or the QCAT registry.
