Residential tenancy termination decision
If QCAT’s decision is about the termination of a tenancy agreement, and the person who made the application was the landlord, the tribunal will issue a Warrant of Possession to the police. The police are responsible for executing the warrant.
You may wish to contact the police station closest to the residential property if circumstances change, for example the tenant has left the residential property.
