Building dispute decision
If the building contractor or professional fails to comply with the QCAT decision related to a domestic or commercial building dispute you can have the decision enforced in the:
- Magistrates Court if the dispute is valued up to and including $50,000
- District Court if the dispute is valued over $50,000 and up to and including $250,000
- Supreme Court if the dispute is valued over $250,000.
