Tree orders register
The tree orders register shows the existence of orders affecting land made under the Neighbourhood Dispute Resolution Act 2011, including the time for carrying out the order and the person responsible for carrying out the order.
The existence of orders affecting land will be added to the tree orders register within 14 days after the date the orders are made. The tree register will not list tree dispute applications or pending proceedings.
