Application process - review of administrative decisions

To make an application in relation to an administrative decision complete and lodge the appropriate application form.

Anti-discrimination decisions

Use this form to apply for QCAT to review a decision of the Anti-Discrimination Commissioner if the complaint has lapsed.

Prostitution Act 1999 decisions

Use this form to apply for review of a decision under the Prostitution Act 1999.

All other decisions

Use this form to apply to QCAT to review all administrative decisions excluding lapsed anti-discrimination complaints or decisions under the Prostitution Act 1999 decisions.

Referral of a matter (non-disciplinary)

Use this form to refer a non-disciplinary matter to QCAT.

Application to stay a decision

Use this form to make an application to ‘stay’ an administrative decision. This means that decision is postponed and will not take affect until QCAT have heard the application to review the decision.
