Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian
The Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian is an organisation which promotes and protects the rights, interests and wellbeing of all Queenslanders under 18.

Department of Communities
The Department of Communities is committed to promoting and supporting excellence in the delivery of human services to Queenslanders. The Department of Communities also includes Child Safety services and Disability, Home and Community Care, and Community Mental Health services.

Foster Care Queensland
Foster Care Queensland is the peak body for foster and kinship carers in Queensland. If you are a carer and are applying to QCAT to have a decision reviewed, you can also apply to Foster Care Queensland to act on your behalf throughout the tribunal's process. Legal Aid Queensland
Legal Aid Queensland is a statutory authority that provides legal information, advice and representation to financially and socially disadvantaged Queenslanders.

Youth advocacy Centre
The Youth Advocacy Centre offers free confidential legal and welfare assistance to young people under 17 who live in or around Brisbane. Telephone support is also provided to young people outside of Brisbane and throughout Queensland.
